About Me

Hi there, My name is Denise.

I’m from the beautiful island of Curaçao;  in the southern Caribbean. Growing up, I loved to cook and bake and trying out new recipes :  and hey who doesn’t love the wonderful smell of fresh baked goods?

After working for many years in the hotel industry, ( i.e. sales & marketing department), I moved to Europe with my family. Here I was introduced to many wonderful and exciting new products and flavours, to which I occasionally give a Caribbean touch.

In addition to cooking and baking, I make a variety of unusual and delicious jams, chutneys, salt mixes and extracts. On occasion I can organise cooking/baking workshops or birthdays parties for kids and adults.
